AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Allegedly The News Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Norene's Lab ("Norene's Lab," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of noreneslab.com (the "Website") and all products, services, and content offered through it.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4.6 Product Formulation Language

We do not use language claiming our products are clinically proven or dermatologist approved unless supported by verified third-party documentation. Results vary between individuals. Any language describing a product as formulated for sensitive skin refers to the product ingredient profile only and is not a guarantee of results.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

5.2 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. Florida residents may be subject to Florida state sales tax.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate and complete.

5.4 Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. Norene's Lab does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by our payment processors.

5.5 Failed or Declined Payments

5.6 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge from Norene's Lab, we strongly encourage you to contact us at care@noreneslab.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback for a transaction that is valid under these Terms, including transactions for orders that were shipped within the stated timeframe, may be considered fraudulent. In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount and associated fees, and to permanently suspend your account and access to our Website.

ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

6.1 Order Placement

By placing an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email at the email address you provided. This confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs when your order is processed and shipped.

6.3 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact care@noreneslab.com as soon as possible with your order number.

6.4 Errors and Inaccuracies

We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability and to cancel or refuse orders placed based on incorrect information, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel an order due to an error, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

USER CONDUCT

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7.1 How We Ship

Norene's Lab ships all orders through our standard shipping process. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping timeframes and conditions outlined in this section.

7.2 Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping timeframes are 8 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier processing times, and other factors outside our control.

7.3 Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Norene's Lab is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

7.4 Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 3 business days after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

7.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated shipping window, please contact us at care@noreneslab.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue. Norene's Lab is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier but will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

7.6 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations at our discretion.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

8.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original, unaltered condition
In original packaging with all tags and seals intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

8.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened or used skincare, body care, or haircare products
Lace adhesives and glues that have been opened
Fragrances and candles that have been used or opened
Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Digital products and downloadable content

8.3 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email care@noreneslab.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return
Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without receiving return authorization from us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

8.4 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8.5 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

8.6 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact care@noreneslab.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

8B. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

8B.1 Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products sold through Norene's Lab, including ebooks, guides, downloadable files, and other digital content, are delivered electronically. Upon completion of your purchase and payment confirmation, you will receive an email with instructions to access or download your digital product. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout to receive delivery.

8B.2 No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, which can be accessed and copied immediately upon delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital product purchases once the product has been delivered or made available for download. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact care@noreneslab.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

8B.3 License for Personal Use

Upon purchase of a digital product, Norene's Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the digital content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the digital product to any third party
Reproduce or copy the digital product in whole or in part for distribution
Use the digital product to create derivative works for commercial sale
Upload, post, or share the digital product on any platform or website

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our digital products is a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law and may result in legal action.

8B.4 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements necessary to access and use any digital product you purchase. Norene's Lab is not liable for any inability to access a digital product due to incompatible hardware, software, or internet connection issues on your end.

LACE ADHESIVE AND WIG PRODUCTS

9.1 Patch Test Requirement

All lace adhesive and wig glue products sold through Norene's Lab require a patch test before full application. This is a non-negotiable safety requirement.

PATCH TEST INSTRUCTIONS: Apply a small amount of adhesive to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Leave on for 24 hours. Do not proceed with full application if you experience redness, itching, swelling, burning, or any sign of irritation. Discontinue use immediately if a reaction occurs.

9.2 Application Safety

Lace adhesive is for external use only
Avoid all contact with eyes and mucous membranes
Do not apply to broken, irritated, or inflamed skin
Keep out of reach of children
Do not inhale product fumes in enclosed spaces
If product contacts eyes, rinse immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention

9.3 Removal Instructions

Always use an oil-based adhesive remover to dissolve lace glue before attempting removal. Do not pull or forcefully peel lace adhesive from skin or hairline. Forced removal can cause skin irritation, abrasion, or hair loss. Apply remover generously, allow to saturate the adhesive fully, then gently lift the lace.

9.4 Allergen Warning

Lace adhesive products may contain ingredients that cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Always review the full ingredient list before use. Norene's Lab is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to perform a patch test or failure to review ingredient disclosures prior to use.

9.5 Limitation of Liability for Wig Products

By purchasing lace adhesive or wig installation products from Norene's Lab, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all safety instructions, agree to perform a patch test before use, and waive any claim against Norene's Lab for adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use, failure to patch test, or failure to follow removal instructions.

HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

10.1 No Medical Advice

Nothing on this Website, in our product descriptions, in our emails, in our SMS messages, or in any other communication from Norene's Lab constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

17.3 Content Standards

All user-submitted content must be truthful and based on genuine product experience. You agree not to submit reviews that are false, misleading, or defamatory. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards or these Terms.

17.4 No Compensation for Reviews

We do not pay for or incentivize positive reviews. Any review submitted through our Website or connected platforms is submitted voluntarily. We comply with FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials.
